TaiYo:n Taiteilijapankin ilmoittautumislomake ja ilmoitusten esitysmuoto uudistetaan, ja jokainen ilmoitus on jatkossa oma sivunsa. Muutoksen tarkoitus on antaa opiskelijoille mahdollisuus liittää kuvia ja linkkejä ilmoitukseen sekä helpottaa ilmoituksen jakamista sosiaalisessa mediassa kunkin ilmoituksen tekijän toimesta. Näin toivomme, että Taiteilijapankki voi paremmin palvella TaiYo:n jäseniä ja toimia helppona tapana näkyvyyden lisäämiseksi.
Muutos tehdään vaiheittain vuoden 2018 lopulla ja vuoden 2019 alussa. Vanhanmallinen ilmoittautumislomake on vaihdettu 15.11. uuteen, eikä vanhanmallisia ilmoituksia enää oteta vastaan. Vanhat ilmoitukset pysyvät sivuilla vuoden loppuun asti, jonka jälkeen ne poistetaan. Vanhojen ilmoitusten tekijöille lähetetään erikseen sähköpostiviesti ilmoituksen päivittämisestä uuteen muotoon. Ilmoituksen voi kuitenkin tehdä milloin tahansa uudella lomakkeella.
Aikataulu:
15.11. uusi lomake käyttöön osoitteessa www.taiyo.fi/taiteilijapankki/ilmoitus
15.12. deadline vanhojen ilmoitusten päivittämiselle, jotta ehtivät mukaan heti uuden version käyttöönottoon
10.1. 2019 mennessä vanhojen ilmoitusten poisto sivuilta

The ArtSU Artist Directory is being reformed!
The Artist Directory (Taiteilijapankki) registration form and presentation of notices is being reformed, and every notice will be its’ own page going forward. The purpose of the change is to give our members a chance to add pictures and links to their notice and also make it easier for the notices to be shared on social media. We hope that this will make the Artist Directory a better service for ArtSU members and will work as an easy way to increase visibility for members.
The changes are being done in phases during the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019. The old style of registration form has been changed to the new style on November 15th, and no more old style notices will be taken in. The old notices will stay on ArtSU pages until the end of the year, after which they will be taken down. All the people registered under the old system will receive an email about how to update their notices to the new system. These notices can be registered at any time by using the new form.
Timetable:
15.11. The new registration form live and in use at www.taiyo.fi/taiteilijapankki/ilmoitus
15.12. Deadline for updating the old notices, so they are certain to be included in the new system at the start of 2019.
10.1. 2019 By this date the old notices will be taken down.
