Taideyliopiston ylioppilaskunnan (TaiYo) toimisto on suljettu koronatilanteen takia 17.1.2021 asti. Vapaan taiteen tila on myös kiinni 17.1.2021 asti.

Toimisto kuitenkin palvelee etänä normaalien aukioloaikojen (ma-ti ja to-pe klo 13-15, ke klo 14-18) puitteissa 7.1.2021 lähtien, eli puhelimitse (puh. 040 710 4298), sähköpostitse (taiyo@uniarts.fi) sekä myöskin pikaviestitse TaiYo:n Facebook-sivulla (https://www.facebook.com/taiyoartsu). Tarvittavat käynnit toimistolla esim. opiskelijakortin tarraa varten täytyy sopia erikseen.

Pääkaupunkiseutu on siirtynyt koronavirusepidemian leviämisvaiheeseen, joka on vakavin epidemian kolmivaiheisella asteikolla. Taideyliopiston rehtori on jatkanut yliopiston tilojen käyttörajoituksia 17.1.2021 asti, aikaisemman 10.1.2021 rajoituksen lisäksi.

TaiYo toimii yliopiston ja viranomaisten ohjeiden mukaan ja on sulkenut toimiston sekä Vapaan taiteen tilan. Seuraamme tiiviisti tilanteen kehittymistä ja tiedotamme mahdollisista muutoksista.

Student Union office closed until January 17th, 2021

The University of the Arts Student Union (ArtSU) office is closed until 17.1.2021 due to the coronavirus situation. The Space for Free Arts is also closed until 17.1.2021.

The office will serve remotely during normal office hours (Mon-Tue and Thu-Fri 13-15, Wed 14-18) from 7.1.2021. You can reach us by phone (tel. 040 710 4298), email (taiyo@uniarts.fi) and instant message on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/taiyoartsu). If you need to come to the office, for example to get a sticker for your card, you need to arrange an appointment with us.

The Helsinki Metropolitan Area has entered the community transmission phase, which is the most serious level in the three-phase COVID-19 classification. The rector of Uniarts has extended the restrictions for use of Uniarts facilities until 17.1.2021 from the previous restrictions that were set to end on 10.1.2021.

ArtSU follows the instructions from the university and the authorities, and has closed its’ office and the Space for Free Arts. We will follow the situation closely and will inform our members of any changes.
