Hae Taideyliopiston yliopistokollegion opiskelijajäseneksi!
Taideyliopiston ylioppilaskunta hakee kuutta (6) opiskelijajäsentä ja heille kuutta (6) henkilökohtaista varajäsentä Taideyliopiston yliopistokollegioon kaksivuotiskaudeksi 1.1.2025–31.12.2026. The University Collegium is the highest decision-making body of the University of the Arts Helsinki. Among other things, it decides on the number of members, the length of the term and the remuneration of the University Board, chooses the so-called stakeholder members of the Board, appoints financial auditors, approves financial statements and the annual report and decides on freeing the rector and board members from liability for the financial accounts. The University Collegium provides a good understanding of the structure and operations of the entire university and provides an opportunity to influence the content of university-wide decision-making. The University Collegium consists of 18 members, six of whom represent professors, six other represent personnel and six represent students, and it usually meets four or five times a year. The student members of the Collegium receive a meeting fee of €40 per meeting. For workshops or working group meetings the meeting fee is €25 per meeting.
The positions of student members in the University Collegium can be applied for by all registered degree students of Uniarts Helsinki who are not considered part of personnel at the university elections. The student members of the Collegium are chosen by the Representative Council of the Student Union so that two student representatives are chosen from each academy. However, if enough qualified applicants cannot be found in any of the academies, the positions can also be filled in other ways.
The most important traits for the applicants are enthusiasm, interest and motivation for the task. Previous experience of being a student representative, of student advocacy or experience in administration in general can be considered to the advantage of the applicant. Those selected for the position are expected to cooperate actively both among other student members and with the Student Union. Sök till studentrepresentant i Konstuniversitetets universitetskollegium!
Konstuniversitetets studentkår söker sex (6) studierepresentanter och sex personliga suppleanter till Konstuniversitetets universitetskollegium för en två-årsperiod 1.1.2025-31.12.2026. Universitetskollegiet är i praktiken Konstuniversitetets högsta beslutsfattande organ. Kollegiets uppgift är att bland annat bestämma om universitetets styrelses storlek, om styrelsens verksamhetsperiod och arvoden, välja universitetets styrelses så kallade intressentgruppsmedlemmar samt universitetets revisorer, fastslå universitetets bokslut och verksamhetsberättelse samt bestämma över att bevilja ansvarsfrihet till styrelsemedlemmarna och rektorn. Universitetskollegiet består av 18 medlemmar, varav 6 representerar professorer, 6 övrig personal och 6 studerande, och kollegiet samlas i regel cirka 4–5 gånger under året. Till kollegiets studentrepresentanter betalas ett mötesarvode på 40€ per möte. För kvällsskolor och arbetsgruppsmöten i kollegiet betalas 25 euro per möte.
Alla närvaroanmälda examensstuderande vid Konstuniversitetet, som inte kan ses tillhöra personalen i universitetsvalen, kan ansöka till universitetskollegiet som studeranderepresentant. Kollegiets studentrepresentanter väljs av studentkårens delegation som fått förslaget av styrelsen, och förslaget består av två studeranden från varje akademi. Om det inte finns tillräckligt med kompetenta sökande från någon akademi, kan platserna bli fyllda på annat sätt.
Det viktigaste för de som söker till universitetskollegiet är entusiasm, intresse och motivation för uppgiften. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som studentrepresentant inom administration, studerandes intressebevakning och annat administrativt arbete kan anses vara till den sökandes fördel. De som väljs till uppdraget förväntas samarbeta aktivt både med andra studerandemedlemmar och med studentkåren.
