Office opening hours in autumn and year tag distribution on the Sörnäinen campus

TaiYo's office will be open in autumn 2024 at the following times:

Mon 12–15
Tue 12–15
Wed closed
Thu 14–18
Fri closed

Please note that the doors of Uniarts Helsinki's Nervanderinkatu building will be locked on Thursday already at 4 pm. If you come between 4pm and 6pm, please call the Member Services Secretary on 040 710 4298 and she will open the door for you. If you want to visit us but none of the times are suitable, you can also contact us by email taiyo-toimisto@uniarts.fi and let's agree on a suitable time together!

Uniarts Helsinki students can also pick up a new academic year sticker from the Sörnäinen campus at the following times:

Wed 4th of September at 11–13.30
Wed 11th of September at 12.30–14.30
Wed 18th of September at 11–14

N.B! Students from other universities cannot get a new academic year sticker on the Sörnäinen campus.
