The lesson will be held in English, the instructions and programs for the workout are available in both English and Finnish.<br><br>A home workout is an effective muscle fitness exercise using your own body as resistance. In addition to muscle fitness, the exercise develops body control, coordination and mobility. The exercise includes a warm-up, as well as diverse muscle movements for the main muscle groups of the entire body. You will receive both training and instructions for a safe workout. You will also receive the workout programs in Finnish and English. Wear flexible exercise-suitable clothes for the session &#8211; no need for shoes. Any home rug can be used as the rug for the workout.
