For English translation, please see below.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Taideyliopiston ylioppilaskunta hakee uutta Vapaan taiteen tilan koordinaattoria osa-aikaiseen ty\u00f6suhteeseen 8.5.2023 alkaen tai sopimuksen mukaan mahdollisimman pian.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ty\u00f6sopimus solmitaan m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4aikaisena 31.12.2023 asti, mutta sopimusta pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n mahdollisuuksien mukaan jatkamaan tilan rahoituksen jatkuessa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vapaan taiteen tila on Taideyliopiston opiskelijoiden taidetila, joka toimii t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 Katri Valan puiston v\u00e4est\u00f6nsuojassa S\u00f6rn\u00e4isiss\u00e4. Tilan toimintaa py\u00f6ritt\u00e4\u00e4 Taideyliopiston ylioppilaskunta ja sen rahoituksesta vastaa Taideyliopisto. Vuodesta 2013 toiminut Vapaan taiteen tila toimii sateenvarjona ja konkreettisina seinin\u00e4 erilaisille opiskelijoiden taideprojekteille, kuten esityksille, keikoille, galleriatoiminnalle, konserteille, iltamille, workshopeille ja muille kokoontumisille. Perusperiaatteena on, ett\u00e4 tilassa teht\u00e4v\u00e4n taiteen laatua ja sis\u00e4lt\u00f6\u00e4 ei mik\u00e4\u00e4n taidekomitea etuk\u00e4teen arvota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vapaan taiteen tilan koordinaattori vastaa tilan k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n toiminnan py\u00f6ritt\u00e4misest\u00e4. P\u00e4\u00e4asiallisia ty\u00f6teht\u00e4vi\u00e4 ovat varausten vastaanottaminen ja hallinta, tilan yleisen kunnon ja kaluston hoitaminen sek\u00e4 niiden k\u00e4yt\u00f6n opastaminen, kulukorvausten maksaminen, nettisivujen ja sosiaalisen median profiilien yll\u00e4pito, tapahtumista tiedottamisessa auttaminen sek\u00e4 tilan k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien ja omistajien kanssa kommunikoiminen. Teht\u00e4v\u00e4n peruspalkka on ylioppilaskuntien ty\u00f6ehtosopimuksen pohjalta 1 060,00 \u20ac\/kk, jonka lis\u00e4ksi maksetaan ty\u00f6ehtosopimuksen mukaiset kokemus-, koulutus- ja kehittymislis\u00e4t. The space is located in Katri Valan park\u2019s shelter in the area of S\u00f6rn\u00e4inen, Helsinki. The operations of the space are run by the University of the Arts Student Union and it is funded by the University of the Arts Helsinki. The Space for Free Arts, which has been operating since 2013, serves as an umbrella and concrete walls for various student art projects, such as performances, gigs, gallery activities, concerts, evenings, workshops and other artistic events. The basic principle is that the quality and content of the art done in the space is not valued in advance by any art committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The coordinator of the Spade for Free Arts is responsible for running the practical operations of the space. The main tasks are receiving and managing reservations, taking care of the general condition of the space and its equipment, as well as instructing in their use, paying expenses, maintaining website and social media profiles, helping with information about events, and communicating with the users and owners of the space. The coordinator cooperates with the student union&#8217;s board and other employees, and their foreperson is the secretary general of the student union.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hope from the applicant&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ability to work independently and self-directed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good organizational and self-management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">performance technical skills, i.e. basic knowledge of sound, light, audiovisual and hanging technology<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good communication skills for maintaining websites and social media profiles<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">flexibility and creativity<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">punctuality and ability to carefully implement the given budget<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good social skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ability and motivation to develop the operations and concept of the space<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The advantage is considered&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competence and \u00a0 can-do attitude related to the maintenance of the farm and its equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">knowledge and\/or studies in the field of arts and culture<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">experience in student union activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The position requires sufficient knowledge of Finnish and English, in addition to which knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The working hours of the coordinator of the fSpace for Free Arts are, on average, 22.5 hours per week (60%) and its distribution can be agreed flexibly. Based on the collective agreement of the student unions, the basic salary for the position is 1,060.00 \u20ac per month, in addition to which experience, training and development allowances in accordance with the collective agreement are paid.
