Student representatives wanted

On this page, you can find translations of the calls for applications for open positions of student representatives in the administration of the University of the Arts Helsinki. You can find all the calls for applications in Finnish here.

Uniarts Helsinki’s administrative organs normally work in Finnish, and at the moment the University requires also student representatives to be fluent in Finnish. As a result, calls for applications for student representatives are usually published only in Finnish, but whenever it is possible for non-Finnish speaking students to apply, we publish English translations of the calls on this page. The Student Union has stated that international students should have full rights to act as student representatives, and we are working with the University to put this into practice as soon as possible.

If you want to know more about what student representatives do and what acting as a student representative entails, watch the video or read more on the page Student representatives in university administration!
