Opiskelijakortin lukuvuositarrat.<\/strong> Lukuvuoden 2020-2021 lukuvuositarroja saa opiskelijakortteihin TaiYo:n toimistolta sen aukioloaikoina 3.8. alkaen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n lis\u00e4ksi, mik\u00e4li opetus jatkuu normaalisti syyslukukauden alussa, perustetaan KuvAn ja TeaKin tiloihin v\u00e4liaikaiset lukuvuositarrojen jakelupisteet noin ajalle 20.8.-2.9. News in summer 2020:<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ArtSU\u2019s office opening hours.<\/strong> ArtSU’s office (Nervanderinkatu 13, 4th floor) is on summer break and will be completely closed until the end of July. The office will open again on Monday 3 August, and more detailed opening hours in early autumn can be found on the Contact Information<\/a> page. During the summer break, the office phone is also out of use and emails are answered with a delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrolment for the academic year 2020-2021 and ArtSU’s membership fee.<\/strong> Enrolment for the academic year 2020-2021 began in May, and the enrolment period ends on Monday 10 August – remember to enrol in time! Registration for attendance requires all bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree students to pay ArtSU\u2019s membership fee, and we recommend joining the student union for doctoral and exchange students as well. When paying the membership fee, please note that the FSHS health care fee will be paid separately to Kela as of 1 January 2021. More detailed information on the membership fee and the FSHS fee, as well as payment instructions, can be found on the Membership fee<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student card term stickers.<\/strong> Student card term stickers for the academic year 2020-2021 will be available from ArtSU’s office during its opening hours from 3 August onwards. In addition to this, if teaching resumes normally at the beginning of the autumn term, temporary service points for handing out term stickers will be established in KuvA and TeaK from approx. 20 August to 2 September. More detailed opening hours for these service points can also be found on the Contact Information<\/a> page. Remember that in order to get a term sticker, you must first enrol as attending according to the university\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcome, new students!<\/strong> ArtSU congratulates the new students of Uniarts Helsinki on their admission and warmly welcomes everyone to become a member of the University of the Arts Student Union! You are a welcome and awaited member of our community and we want you as a member of ArtSU to be yourself and grow as a person as well as an artist! On the New Students<\/a> page (partially only in Finnish), you will find the Student Union\u2019s welcome letter and brief presentation to new students as well as the New Student\u2019s Guide, which contains a lot of important information about starting your studies, studying at Uniarts Helsinki and student life. There is also a lot of useful and useless information on this website, and we will come to meet all new students during your orientation studies in August.
