Yliopiston tilat kuitenkin pidet\u00e4\u00e4n viel\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6isesti suljettuina opiskelijoilta ja et\u00e4ty\u00f6t\u00e4 suositellaan kaikille 31.7. saakka. Valtioneuvoston ja Taideyliopiston linjausten mukaisesti my\u00f6s TaiYo:n toimintaa ja tiloja koskevat rajoitukset jatkuvat seuraavasti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vapaan taiteen tila pidet\u00e4\u00e4n kokonaan suljettuna ja kaikki tilan varaukset perutaan 31.5. saakka. Tilan koordinaattori on varauksen tehneisiin yhteydess\u00e4 tilaisuuksien siirt\u00e4misest\u00e4.<\/li><li>TaiYo:n toimisto pidet\u00e4\u00e4n fyysisesti suljettuna 31.7. saakka (toimisto on ollut vuosittain muutenkin suljettu kes\u00e4- ja hein\u00e4kuun). Toimisto kuitenkin palvelee edelleen normaalien aukioloaikojen (ma-ti ja to-pe klo 13-15, ke klo 14-18) puitteissa et\u00e4n\u00e4, eli puhelimitse (puh. 040 710 4298) ja s\u00e4hk\u00f6postitse (taiyo-toimisto@uniarts.fi) 14.6. saakka. T\u00e4m\u00e4n lis\u00e4ksi toimistolle voidaan erikseen sopia yksitt\u00e4isi\u00e4 fyysisi\u00e4 tapaamisaikoja, jos se on pian tarkentuvien yliopiston tilojen aukiolok\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen puitteissa mahdollista.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taideyliopiston jatkuvasti p\u00e4ivittyv\u00e4t ohjeet koskien mm. opetusta ja yliopiston tiloja l\u00f6ytyv\u00e4t yliopiston nettisivuilta osoitteesta <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniarts.fi\/koronavirus\">www.uniarts.fi\/koronavirus<\/a>. Suomen ylioppilaskuntien liiton sivuilta taas l\u00f6ytyy koottua tietoa ja linkkej\u00e4 tilanteen vaikutuksesta mm. opintotukeen ja YTHS:n palveluihin osoitteesta <a href=\"https:\/\/syl.fi\/koronavirus\">https:\/\/syl.fi\/koronavirus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exceptionella praxis forts\u00e4tter p\u00e5 KonSts kansli och i Rummet f\u00f6r fri konst<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regeringen har beslutat den 4.5 att i etapper \u00e5terkalla de restriktiva \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som orsakats av koronavirusepidemin och samtidigt forts\u00e4tta m\u00e5nga restriktioner fram till den 31.5. Konstuniversitetet har ocks\u00e5 den 6.5 informerat om gradvis \u00f6ppnande av universitetets verksamhet, men universitetets lokaler \u00e4r fortfarande generellt st\u00e4ngda f\u00f6r studeranden och fj\u00e4rrarbetet rekommenderas f\u00f6r alla fram till den 31.7. I enlighet med regeringens och universitetets beslut kommer restriktionerna f\u00f6r KonSts verksamhet och lokaler att forts\u00e4tta enligt f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rummet f\u00f6r fri konst kommer att f\u00f6rbli st\u00e4ngt och alla reservationer kommer att avbrytas t.o.m. 31.5. Koordinatorn f\u00f6r rummet kommer att vara i kontakt med alla som hade en reservation f\u00f6r denna period om att skjuta upp evenemanget.<\/li><li>KonSts kansli kommer att f\u00f6rbli fysiskt st\u00e4ngt t.o.m. 31.7 (kansliet har st\u00e4ngts varje \u00e5r i juni och juli \u00e4nd\u00e5). Kansliet betj\u00e4nar dock fortfarande p\u00e5 distans under normala \u00f6ppettider (m\u00e5n-ons och tors-fre 13-15, ons 14-18), d.v.s. via telefon (tel. 040 710 4298) och via e-post (taiyo-toimisto@uniarts.fi) fram till 14.6. Ut\u00f6ver detta kan enskilda fysiska m\u00f6ten p\u00e5 kansliet arrangeras efter separat avtal om detta \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt inom \u00f6ppettiderna f\u00f6r universitetets lokaler, som snart kommer att specificeras.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konstuniversitetets st\u00e4ndigt uppdaterade instruktioner om undervisning och universitetslokaler finns p\u00e5 universitetets webbplats p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniarts.fi\/coronavirus\">www.uniarts.fi\/coronavirus<\/a>. Finlands studentk\u00e5rers f\u00f6rbunds webbplats har information och l\u00e4nkar om situationens effekter p\u00e5 t.ex. studentf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner och FSHS-tj\u00e4nster p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/syl.fi\/sv\/coronavirus\">https:\/\/syl.fi\/sv\/coronavirus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exceptional practices continue at ArtSU\u2019s office and in the Space for Free Arts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Government has decided on 4 May to start revoking in stages the restrictive measures caused by the coronavirus epidemic and at the same time to continue many restrictions until 31 May. Also Uniarts Helsinki has on 6 May informed about the gradual opening of the university&#8217;s activities, but the university&#8217;s premises are still generally closed to students and remote working is recommended for everyone until 31 July. In accordance with the decisions of the Government and the University, the restrictions on ArtSU&#8217;s operations and premises will continue as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Space for Free Arts will remain closed and all reservations will be canceled until 31 May. The coordinator of the Space will be in touch with all those who had a reservation for this period about postponing the event.<\/li><li>ArtSU&#8217;s office will remain physically closed until 31 July (the office has been closed every year in June and July anyway). However, office services are still available remotely during normal opening hours (Mon-Tue and Thu-Fri 13-15, Wed 14-18), i.e. by phone (tel. 040 710 4298) and by e-mail (taiyo-toimisto@uniarts.fi) until 14 June. In addition to this, individual physical appointments at the office can be arranged upon separate agreement, if this is possible within the opening hours of the university premises, which will soon be specified.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The University of the Arts\u2019 constantly updated instructions on teaching and university premises can be found on the University&#8217;s website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniarts.fi\/coronavirus\">www.uniarts.fi\/coronavirus<\/a>.
