Annan opetusta p\u00e4\u00e4s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6isesti oppilaan luona kotona, mutta opetusta (etenkin alkeisopetus) voidaan pit\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s kotonani Haagassa. Maanantaisin opetus voidaan j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 studiossa Ullanlinnassa.<\/p>\n
Ty\u00f6skentelen musiikinalalla hyvin monipuolisesti mm. pianistina Kansallisoopperan balettioppilaitoksessa ja seurakunnissa kanttorina, opetusty\u00f6n ja muun konsertoimisen sek\u00e4 keikkailun ohella. Opettajana olen kannustava, mutta pyrin my\u00f6s selkeyteen sek\u00e4 johdonmukaisuuteen. Olen opettanut aktiivisesti viimeisen kymmenen vuoden ajan. Nuorimmat oppilaani ovat olleet 4-vuotiaita soittoharrastusta aloittaessaan ja pisimm\u00e4ll\u00e4 olevat oppilaani ovat soittaneet konserttipianistien tasoista ohjelmistoa. Opetusty\u00f6ss\u00e4 mielest\u00e4ni parasta on musisoimisen sek\u00e4 yhdess\u00e4 oivaltamisen tuoma riemu \u2013 tulethan siis mukaan soittotunneille!<\/p>\n
In english<\/strong><\/p>\n Would you like to learn to play the piano? It\u2019s never too late to learn something new! I\u2019m finishing my Master\u2019s degree in piano performance at the Sibelius Academy. My forte is in the field of traditional classical music, but it is possible to include the basics of free accompaniment, music theory etc. as the student wishes.<\/p>\n I mainly teach at the home of the student, but it is also possible to have the lessons at my home in Haaga (especially beginners). On Mondays there\u2019s a studio available in Ullanlinna that we may use.<\/p>\n I work diversely in the music genre. Besides teaching, I work as a ballet pianist at the Finnish National Opera Ballet School and work as cantor in congregations, perform concerts and play gigs. As a teacher, I aim to support and encourage the student, but at the same time I also try to be as precise and concrete in my feedback as I\u2019m able to. I\u2019ve been teaching actively these past 10 years. The youngest of my students have started their lessons at the age of 4 and the most advanced students have played concert level repertoire at a very high level. I think the best part of teaching is the process of making music and learning together.
