Tarvitsemme rutkasti k\u00e4si\u00e4, syd\u00e4mi\u00e4 ja aivoja\nlevitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n punaisen maton auki uusille opiskelijoille \u2013 isosti, hauskasti ja\nhell\u00e4sti. Tuutorit auttavat uusia opiskelijoita opintojen aloituksessa ja\nsiihen liittyviss\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n asioissa sek\u00e4 uuteen ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00f6n ja\nTaideyliopiston yhteis\u00f6\u00f6n kotiutumisessa. Haku on auki NYT ja sulkeutuu keskiy\u00f6ll\u00e4\nvappuaattona 30.4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haemme tuutoreita, jotka haluavat tutustua uusiin ihmisiin ja rakentaa\nTaideyliopiston yhteis\u00f6\u00e4. Tuutorina toimimisessa ei tarvita sen ihmeempi\u00e4\nennakkotietoja tai -taitoja: riitt\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 tunnet perusasiat\nkoulutusohjelmastasi ja tarvittaessa osaat my\u00f6s kysy\u00e4 neuvoa. Toivomme sinulta\nkommunikaatiokyky\u00e4, sitoutumista ja positiivista asennetta. Tuutoreilla on\nt\u00e4rke\u00e4 rooli, jossa tutustut uusiin oman alasi opiskelijoihin, tuet heit\u00e4 opintojensa\nalkumetreill\u00e4 ja luot yhteist\u00e4 me-henke\u00e4. Haluamme my\u00f6s kansainv\u00e4lisi\u00e4\ntutkinto-opiskelijoita tuutoreiksi, joten t\u00e4ydellist\u00e4 suomen kielen taitoa ei\nvaadita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The duties of the tutor include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>osallistua kaikkien tuutoreiden yhteiseen\ntuutorikoulutukseen pe-la 24.-25.5. Kallio-Kuninkalassa sek\u00e4 lyhyemp\u00e4\u00e4n\nakatemiakohtaiseen perehdytykseen elokuussa,<\/li><li>ottaa vastaan uusia opiskelijoita heid\u00e4n aloittaessaan\nopintonsa, johtaa omaa ryhm\u00e4\u00e4 ja j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 sen kanssa v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n 4 tapaamista,<\/li><li>auttaa uusia opiskelijoita tutustumaan muihin\nopiskelijoihin ja opiskelijael\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n omassa akatemiassa ja koko\nTaideyliopistossa,<\/li><li>tutustuttaa uudet opiskelijat oman koulutusohjelmaansa\nsek\u00e4 opinnoissa tarvittaviin ty\u00f6kaluihin,<\/li><li>laatia kaksiosainen tuutorointiraportti ja osallistua\ntuutoroinnin palautetapaamiseen marraskuussa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tuutorina\ntoimimisesta saat:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 euro gratuity<\/li><li>2 op suoritusmerkinn\u00e4n, jos toimit ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 kertaa\ntuutorina,<\/li><li>rehtorin todistuksen tuutorina toimimisesta\n(hy\u00f6dyllinen mm. ty\u00f6nhaussa).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Merkkaa ihmeess\u00e4 ainakin n\u00e4m\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4t\nkalenteriisi jo nyt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pe-la 24.-25.5. Yht\u00e4 t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 on, ett\u00e4 kaikilla tuutoreilla on\nmerkityksellinen teht\u00e4v\u00e4 sek\u00e4 mahdollisuus oppia ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 omia taitojaan.\nSinulla on mahdollisuus innostaa muita ja ylitt\u00e4\u00e4 omatkin odotuksesi. Do you want to welcome new friends to the University of the Arts\nHelsinki? Do you want to learn more about groups and leading them? Recruitment\nfor tutors at the Uniarts is open! We need lots of hands, hearts and brains to\nroll out the red carpet for new students \u2013 while making it big, fun and gentle.\nThe tutors help new students start their studies, including all the\npracticalities and help them feel at home in their new environment and\ncommunity. The application period is open&nbsp;NOW&nbsp;and will close on&nbsp;midnight, April 30th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for tutors, who\nwant to get to know new people and build the Uniarts community. Working as a\ntutor does not require special skills or knowledge, it\u2019s enough for you to know\nthe basics of your target degree and you know how to ask for help when it\u2019s\nneeded. We hope that you have communication skills, commitment and a positive\nattitude. Tutors have an important role, as you will be getting to know new\nstudents in your field of study, support them as they are starting their\nstudies and foster a sense of community. We want to have international students\nas tutors also, so there is no requirement for perfect Finnish language skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The duties of the tutor\ninclude:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Participation to the common training weekend at\nKallio-Kuninkala Fri-Sat 24-25 May as well as to a shorter academy training in\nAugust<\/li><li>Welcoming the new students when they arrive and start\ntheir studies, leading your own group and arranging a minimum of 4 meetings<\/li><li>Helping the new students to get to know other\nstudents and student life in your own academy as well as the whole University<\/li><li>Helping the new students to know your own study\nprogram and the tools they need for their studies<\/li><li>Writing a two part tutoring report and\nparticipating in a tutoring feedback event in November.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>As a tutor you will receive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 euro gratuity<\/li><li>2 ECTS credits, if you are a tutor for the first\ntime<\/li><li>A certificate for working as a tutor (useful\nwhen looking for work).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please mark down these dates in your calendar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fri-Sat 24.-25.5. Tutorerna ger v\u00e4gledning med praktiska\nfr\u00e5gor och hj\u00e4lper nya studerande att inleda sina studier i den nya omgivningen\noch att b\u00f6rja k\u00e4nna sig hemma p\u00e5 Konstuniversitetet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Till tutorernas uppgifter h\u00f6r att:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>delta\ni ett gemensamt utbildningsveckoslut som ordnas fre\u2013l\u00f6r 24-25.5 i\nKallio-Kuninkala f\u00f6r alla tutorerna samt i ett kortare utbildningstillf\u00e4lle i\naugusti som ordnas separat vid varje akademi,<\/li><li>h\u00e4lsa\nnya studerande v\u00e4lkomna n\u00e4r de inleder sina studier, h\u00e5lla aktiv kontakt med\ngruppen under h\u00f6sten och att ordna minst 4 m\u00f6ten med gruppen i\naugusti-november,<\/li><li>introducera\nde nya studerandena till praktiska saker, anst\u00e4llda, utrymmen och\nf\u00f6rfaringss\u00e4tt samt de elektroniska verktyg som beh\u00f6vs vid studierna inom\nutbildningsprogrammet,<\/li><li>hj\u00e4lpa\nnya studerande att bekanta sig med andra studerande och studielivet vid sin\nakademi och vid hela Konstuniversitetet,<\/li><li>skriva\noch l\u00e4mna in en tutorrapport inom utsatt tid och att delta i\nfeedbacksessionerna f\u00f6r tutorer i november.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du beh\u00f6ver inte n\u00e5gra \u00f6verm\u00e4nskliga kunskaper eller\nf\u00e4rdigheter som tutor: det r\u00e4cker att du har\nbaskunskaper i hur saker fungerar inom ditt utbildningsprogram och kan f\u00f6rmedla\ninformationen vidare och vid behov kan sj\u00e4lv be om r\u00e5d.
