Hae opiskelijatuutoriksi!<\/h4>\n

Taideyliopiston ylioppilaskunta (TaiYo) ja Taideyliopiston opintopalvelut etsiv\u00e4t j\u00e4lleen innostuneita tuutoreita opastamaan ja tukemaan syksyn uusia opiskelijoita. Tuutorit auttavat uusia opiskelijoita opintojen aloituksessa ja siihen liittyviss\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n asioissa sek\u00e4 uuteen ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00f6n ja Taideyliopiston yhteis\u00f6\u00f6n kotiutumisessa.<\/p>\n

The duties of the tutor include:
\n\u2022\u00a0 osallistua kaikkien tuutoreiden yhteiseen tuutorikoulutukseen pe-la 25.-26.5. Kallio-Kuninkalassa sek\u00e4 lyhyehk\u00f6\u00f6n akatemiakohtaiseen perehdytykseen elokuussa (molemmat koulutukset ovat pakollisia),
\n\u2022\u00a0 olla vastaanottamassa uusia opiskelijoita heid\u00e4n aloittaessaan opintonsa, pit\u00e4\u00e4 ryhm\u00e4\u00e4ns\u00e4 aktiivisesti yhteytt\u00e4 pitkin syksy\u00e4 ja j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 sen kanssa v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n 4 tapaamista elo-marraskuussa,
\n\u2022\u00a0 tutustuttaa uudet opiskelijat oman koulutusohjelmansa k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6ihin, ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ihin, tiloihin ja tapoihin sek\u00e4 opinnoissa tarvittaviin s\u00e4hk\u00f6isiin ty\u00f6kaluihin,
\n\u2022\u00a0 auttaa uusia opiskelijoita tutustumaan muihin opiskelijoihin ja opiskelijael\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n omassa akatemiassa ja koko Taideyliopistossa,
\n\u2022\u00a0 laatia ja palauttaa kaksiosainen tuutorointiraportti annettuihin p\u00e4iv\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4riin menness\u00e4 sek\u00e4 osallistua tuutoroinnin palautetapaamiseen marraskuussa.<\/p>\n

Tuutorina toimimisessa ei tarvita mit\u00e4\u00e4n ihmeellisi\u00e4 ennakkotietoja tai -taitoja: riitt\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 tunnet perusasiat koulutusohjelmasi toiminnasta ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ist\u00e4 ja osaat v\u00e4litt\u00e4\u00e4 ne eteenp\u00e4in sek\u00e4 tarvittaessa my\u00f6s itse kysy\u00e4 neuvoa. Sen sijaan toivomme sinulta kommunikaatiokyky\u00e4, sitoutumista ja positiivista asennetta sek\u00e4 halua tutustua uusiin oman alasi opiskelijoihin, tukea heit\u00e4 opintojensa alkumetreill\u00e4 ja luoda yhteist\u00e4 me-henke\u00e4. My\u00f6s kansainv\u00e4lisi\u00e4 tutkinto-opiskelijoita tarvitaan tuutoreiksi, joten t\u00e4ydellist\u00e4 suomen kielen taitoa ei vaadita.<\/p>\n

Tuutorina toimimisesta saa:
\n\u2022\u00a0 200 euron rahapalkkion,
\n\u2022\u00a0 2 op suoritusmerkinn\u00e4n, jos toimii ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 kertaa tuutorina,
\n\u2022\u00a0 rehtorin todistuksen tuutorina toimimisesta (hy\u00f6dyllinen mm. ty\u00f6nhaussa),
\n\u2022\u00a0 mahdollisuuden tutustua l\u00e4helt\u00e4 oman koulutusohjelman toimintaan sek\u00e4 muiden koulutusohjelmien ja akatemioiden opiskelijoihin.<\/p>\n

Apply to become a student tutor!<\/h4>\n

The University of the Arts Student Union (ArtSU) and Uniarts Helsinki\u2019s study services are once again looking for enthusiastic tutors who could guide and support new students next autumn. Tutors help new students in the start of their studies and in practical matters and make them feel at home in their new environment and the Uniarts Helsinki community.<\/p>\n

Tasks as a tutor include:
\n\u2022\u00a0 participation in training, which will be organised as a session for all the academies\u2019 tutors on Fri-Sat 25-26 May in the Kallio-Kuninkala centre and as a short academy-specific training in August (both sessions are mandatory),
\n\u2022\u00a0 welcoming the new students when they begin their studies, regularly keeping in touch with the group throughout the autumn term and organising at least 4 group meetings in August-November,
\n\u2022\u00a0 introducing the new students to the practices, employees, facilities, conventions and study-related online tools of their degree programme,
\n\u2022\u00a0 helping the new students become acquainted with other students and student life in general within their own academy and the whole Uniarts Helsinki.
\n\u2022\u00a0 writing and submitting a two-part tutor report by the given deadline and participation in a feedback session for tutors in November.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need to have any special prior knowledge or skills: it\u2019s enough that you know the basic things and practices in your degree programme and can pass them on to the students and ask for help, if you need it. We hope that you are committed and have good communication skills, a positive attitude and a desire to get to know the new students in your own field, support them in the first stage of their studies, and create a sense of community among the group. We also need international degree students as tutors, so there\u2019s no need to have perfect Finnish skills.<\/p>\n

Benefits of being a tutor:
\n\u2022\u00a0 payment of 200 euros,
\n\u2022\u00a0 2 ECTS credits, if this is your first time tutoring,
\n\u2022\u00a0 a certificate on acting as a tutor, signed by the rector (useful when applying for jobs),
\n\u2022\u00a0 opportunity to get to know your own degree programme up close, and also learn more about other degree programmes, academies, and their students.<\/p>\n

Bli studenttutor!<\/h4>\n

Igen s\u00f6ker Konstuniversitetets studentk\u00e5r KonSt och Konstuniversitetets studietj\u00e4nster ivriga tutorer som kan vara till hj\u00e4lp och st\u00f6d f\u00f6r nya studerande kommande h\u00f6st. Tutorerna ger v\u00e4gledning med praktiska fr\u00e5gor och hj\u00e4lper nya studerande att inleda sina studier i den nya omgivningen och att b\u00f6rja k\u00e4nna sig hemma p\u00e5 Konstuniversitetet.<\/p>\n

Till tutorernas uppgifter h\u00f6r att:
\n\u2022\u00a0 delta i ett gemensamt utbildningsveckoslut som ordnas fre\u2013l\u00f6r 25\u201326.5 i Kallio-Kuninkala f\u00f6r alla tutorerna samt i ett kortare utbildningstillf\u00e4lle i augusti som ordnas separat vid varje akademi (b\u00e5da utbildningstillf\u00e4llena \u00e4r obligatoriska),
\n\u2022\u00a0 h\u00e4lsa nya studerande v\u00e4lkomna n\u00e4r de inleder sina studier, h\u00e5lla aktiv kontakt med gruppen under h\u00f6sten och att ordna minst 4 m\u00f6ten med gruppen i augusti-november,
\n\u2022\u00a0 introducera de nya studerandena till praktiska saker, anst\u00e4llda, utrymmen och f\u00f6rfaringss\u00e4tt samt de elektroniska verktyg som beh\u00f6vs vid studierna inom utbildningsprogrammet,
\n\u2022\u00a0 hj\u00e4lpa nya studerande att bekanta sig med andra studerande och studielivet vid sin akademi och vid hela Konstuniversitetet,
\n\u2022\u00a0 skriva och l\u00e4mna in en tudelad tutorrapport inom utsatt tid och att delta i feedbacksessionerna f\u00f6r tutorer i november.<\/p>\n

Du beh\u00f6ver inte n\u00e5gra \u00f6verm\u00e4nskliga kunskaper eller f\u00e4rdigheter som tutor: det r\u00e4cker att du har baskunskaper i hur saker fungerar inom ditt utbildningsprogram och kan f\u00f6rmedla informationen vidare och vid behov kan sj\u00e4lv be om r\u00e5d. Det som \u00e4r viktigt \u00e4r att du har kommunikationsf\u00e4rdigheter, \u00e4r engagerad och har en positiv inst\u00e4llning och viljan att bekanta dig med andra studerande inom ditt omr\u00e5de och st\u00f6da dem att komma ing\u00e5ng med studierna och fr\u00e4mja vi-andan i gruppen. Det beh\u00f6vs ocks\u00e5 internationella examensstuderande som tutorer, perfekt finska kr\u00e4vs allts\u00e5 inte.<\/p>\n

Som tutor f\u00e5r du:
\n\u2022\u00a0 en ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r ditt arbete (200 euro),
\n\u2022\u00a0 2 studiepo\u00e4ng, om du jobbar som tutor f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ng,
\n\u2022\u00a0 ett intyg \u00f6ver att du fungerat som tutor undertecknat av rektor (nyttigt n\u00e4r man s\u00f6ker jobb),
