All University of Arts Helsinki students can apply for access to the kitchen, which is located in connection with the TaiYo's office on the 4th floor of the N building. (Nervanderinkatu 13).<\/p>\r\n

Access to the kitchen is via the access control tag to the Sibelius Academy's N building. The user of the kitchen is responsible for acquiring the tag, (contact the janitors of the N building), while TaiYo will make sure that the access to the kitchen is added to the tag after signing this agreement.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

When you will fill the form to have access to the kitchen, you will agree to comply with the following rules of use of the kitchen of the Student Union of the University of the Arts Helsinki (TaiYo).\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. You must not open the kitchen door for anyone else<\/strong> \u2013 if you let anyone else use the kitchen, you are responsible for all possible harm and mess done by this person!The kitchen is not in public use: it is only meant for Student Union officials and for those students who have acquired access to it by signing a contract with the Student Union. It is forbidden to open the kitchen door for anyone else \u2013 if you let anyone else use the kitchen, you are responsible for all possible harm and mess done by this person!

  2. The kitchen door must always be closed<\/strong> and locked after using the kitchen or when leaving the premises.

  3. The user of the kitchen must always clean up their own mess and wash their own dishes!\u00a0

  4. The kitchenware of the Student Union must not be taken outside the Student Uni\u2013on premises.\u00a0

  5. The shelves above the coffee machine and the low refrigerators, next to the door and marked for students, are available to students.\u00a0<\/strong>The kitchen is also used by the employees of TaiYo's office, and another refrigerator is reserved for employees.\u00a0

  6. If you store food items in the refrigerator or on shelves, they must be marked with the owner's name.<\/strong> Unmarked items in the dry cabinet and in the refrigerator in public use are free game for everyone and can also be thrown away freely.\u00a0

  7. Old and spoiled food items should always be thrown in the trash\/biowaste.<\/strong> TaiYo:lla on oikeus heitt\u00e4\u00e4 pois kaikki\u00a0vanhaksi menneet elintarvikkeet, vaikka niiss\u00e4 olisi omistajan nimi.\u00a0\u00a0

  8. Food items labelled by others must not be touched,<\/strong>nor are the food items located in the TaiYo's fridge\/cupboard. E.g. The coffee, tea and filter bags on TaiYo's open shelf are not in public use, but everyone must get their own coffee!\u00a0

  9. Take note, that the microwave needs to be switch off after eacht use, as otherwise it keeps making peep sounds.<\/strong> muuten laite j\u00e4\u00e4 piippaamaan.   10. If you break something or find something broken, please report it to the Student Union office asap.\u00a0

  11. If a kitchen user doesn\u2019t clean up their own mess or breaks things,<\/strong> the Student Union can impose them to clean up the kitchen or to compensate the broken items. If a kitchen user neglects these terms of use repeatedly, the Student Union can cancel their access to the kitchen. (N.B. The electronic key system allows us to check afterwards who has used the kitchen at a specific moment!)<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
